The Park People programs and events are designed to engage citizens, businesses and corporations. By engaging our community in programs and events which feature and support our treasured park system, we enable park usability and preservation for future generations. Through these efforts, we strive to improve community awareness, appreciation and engagement in our park systems.

Our programs and events include:

Weed-Out^®– a volunteer initiative designed to significantly reduce the proliferation of invasive plant species in our parks.

Trash-Out – Encouraging assistance to Milwaukee County Park Service with the important task of garbage pick-up,

Oak Leaf Discovery Tour^®– a summer long event that encourages you to tour the beautiful 135 miles of Milwaukee County Parks Trails System.
